This form is provided before you place an order, in accordance with the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts. Please read it together with the Distance Sales Agreement.

1. Goods and services

The essential characteristics, images and sales price of each product are shown on its own product page. Prices include VAT and are valid until updated.

2. Total price, delivery cost and payment

The total amount payable, including VAT and any delivery charge, is shown on the payment step before you confirm the order. Orders of 5.000,00 TL and above are delivered free of charge; below that amount a delivery fee of 149,90 TL applies. Payment can be made by bank transfer/EFT, and by credit card where that option is offered. Card details are never stored by the Seller.

3. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide, by the contracted carrier. Delivery takes place within 30 days of the order at the latest. If this period is exceeded you may terminate the contract.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason and without penalty. The period also runs before delivery: you may withdraw from the moment the contract is concluded. To exercise it, send a clear statement to info@maisoncrocus.co or call 0533 223 74 25; a model withdrawal form is provided at the end of this page. The Seller refunds all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods prepared to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene once their packaging has been opened (such as underwear, swimwear and earrings), and to the other cases listed in Article 15 of the Regulation.

6. Complaints

You may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your own place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
